Bio (Peruvian-American)

Claudia Cilloniz Marchini has maintained a studio in Grants Pass, Oregon since 1990 and is among the first artists at Gallery One. Claudia holds a Bachelor in Fine Art from Memphis College of Art, Memphis, Tennessee; Master in Fine Art from The University of Texas in San Antonio, Texas, and completed Doctoral Studies in Psychology at Capella University, Minneapolis, Minnesota. You may see Claudia on Public TV’s interview by clicking on the following link from Oregon Art Beat:

Art Statement
I am a painter and work on series focusing on a theme or concept at a time. The media used to paint is oils and the surface varies depending on the concept. It may be canvas, meteorites, rocks, marble or wood.
